Learner goals and capabilities

With a combined focus on organizational behaviour and HR management, students in this course will learn how to interpret and leverage DiSC-based personality assessments for more effective team collaboration, better conflict management, strategic recruitment and selection, onboarding and more.

Students will also be learning about organizational culture and how to ensure a company maintains and strengthens its core culture through growth and adversity.

The course also includes change management, team dynamics and communication, attitude and mindset, values and emotions in the workplace, and how to embrace DEI to create an authentic work environment where every member of the team can feel valued and thrive regardless of their personality traits, behaviour style or communication style.

In teams of 4/5/6, students will bring dynamic creativity, research skills and knowledge of global work environments to clients' projects. We're excited to work with companies open to innovative thinking.
