This course introduces students to the key knowledge areas of project management as defined in Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Students will focus on using descriptive and predictive analytics techniques and reporting tools in managing projects.

Project Examples

Data visualization and providing with a flow chart in terms of project completing. They will be trained to use statistical analytics, Lean Sigma techniques to be able to forecast project behavior. Later on they will be trained to use Critical Path Method (CPM) and Critical Chain Method (CCM) for modeling project activities.
