Each group of student-consultants will spend 20-40 hours working on your company to provide actionable recommendations of the employment system of your choice.

If the recommendations include changes to strategy, policy, or practices, the +10 page document they submit will include how they will be implemented and maintained

Project Examples

Requirements

A group of 4 student-consultants will audit, analyze, research, and then provide actionable recommendations on a business plan related to an aspect of performance management. Students will prepare recommendations for your company, and take careful consideration of implementation requirements.

Project examples include:

  • Process to link business goals to individual performance expectations
  • Performance feedback and evaluation program
  • Employee training and development plan, and evaluating outcomes
  • Leadership development program
  • Management succession plan
  • Variable compensation plan
