Requirements
Beginning in October, students in groups of 5 will spend 200 hours per team working to help you appraise and manage the performance of your employees for your organization.
Based on the information and goals that you provide, students will analyze your existing performance management plan, or develop a custom research-based plan that will help achieve your goals.
Example project topics include, but are not limited to:
- Performance management and legal compliance.
- Job analysis and performance appraisal design and critique.
- Performance feedback and employee development.
- Performance evaluation and rewards.
- Decision making in managing and motivating performance of employees.
