Each group of student-consultants will spend 120 hours for your organization to provide actionable recommendations of the employment system of your choice.

If the recommendations include changes to strategy, policy, or practices, the +10 page document they submit will include how they will be implemented and maintained

Requirements

Fourth-year business students will conduct an audit of a particular employment system of your choosing. Based on your goals and input, the students will review, analyze and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Students will bring an outside perspective and up-to-date knowledge on HR best practices to your business to allow you to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency, and reduce risk.

Project examples can include:

  • Employee Retention
  • Use of Contingent Workers
  • Union-Management Relations
  • Health & Safety Processes
  • Organizational Culture Plan
  • Organizational Structure Audit and Review
  • Attendance Management
