During my time working with the employers at iTechSkills Academy, I had a valuable and insightful experience in front-desk operations, proctoring management, and marketing. The team was professional, supportive, and provided clear guidance, which made it easier to adapt to the responsibilities of the role. I gained hands-on experience managing inquiries, assisting students, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. Additionally, I developed a strong understanding of proctoring procedures, maintaining fairness and integrity in assessments. Beyond administrative tasks, I was also involved in marketing efforts, where I created flyers and ads to promote various programs and initiatives. This allowed me to apply creativity and strategic thinking to effectively engage the target audience. Thank you for this opportunity!
