Details

System Music Warehouse, a subsidiary of Bootsy Entertainment Group Inc., is seeking to enhance its operational efficiency by modernizing its sales, inventory, and accounting processes. The current systems are outdated and lack integration, leading to inefficiencies and inaccuracies that hinder business insights. The goal of this project is to identify and implement affordable technology solutions that streamline these processes. By doing so, the company aims to improve data accuracy, reduce manual workload, and gain better insights into business performance. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of business technology and systems integration to real-world challenges. The tasks will involve researching potential technology solutions, evaluating their feasibility, and recommending the most suitable options for implementation.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive report detailing the recommended technology solutions for sales, inventory, and accounting processes. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations will be prepared for the management team. The report should cover the evaluation criteria, cost analysis, and expected benefits of the proposed solutions. The team will also provide a basic implementation plan outlining the steps required to integrate the new technologies into the existing system.
