Details

Details: We are in the development phase of two SaaS products, We would like to start working on the marketing Launch Strategy.

For both products, we aim to have a soft launch to test the water, then an aggressive launch strategy. Currently, the budget we are working with is very limited and shy ( 10k for each product). Dedicated to marketing ( ads, campaigns, animated video, content creation, ...)

We need a lot of help as one of the products are B2C and B2B ( job board platform). the second product is purely B2B. Hence the marketing strategies are different.

We use ZigmaSocial for publication on Facebook, Insta, Twitter, Linkedin, and Telegram. They also have youtube. We do not have any content for Youtube yet.

Deliverables

  • Analyze other products/companies in the same line of business
  • Benchmark with successful product Launch strategies for B2C and another one for B2B.
  • Assess its strength and weaknesses, as well as the average budget that those companies had to invest.
  • Devise a Product Launch Strategy that is within our humble budget.
  • Propose 2 options at least for us to choose from. ( during proposal)
  • Devise a post-product campaign Launch Strategy.
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the Product Manager and CEO ( same person) who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include the occasional project progress meetings
