Additionally, the project requires a thorough review and editing of existing privacy and cybersecurity policies to ensure they align with current best practices and legal requirements.
Third objective is to create comprehensive training resources for staff and volunteers, to enhance their understanding of organizational policies and cybersecurity best practices.
This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of cybersecurity and policy development in a real-world context, focusing on protecting sensitive information and ensuring the organization's digital resilience.
The deliverables for this project include a detailed vulnerability assessment report highlighting identified risks and recommended mitigation strategies. Additionally, the project will produce revised privacy and cybersecurity policies that reflect current standards. Finally, a set of educational resources will be created for internal members, outlining organizational policies and cybersecurity best practices. These deliverables will ensure that the Sierra Club Canada Foundation is better equipped to protect its digital assets and maintain the privacy of its stakeholders.
