Urbaneco Homes, a company dedicated to sustainable living solutions, seeks to enhance its customer engagement through a well-defined customer journey and compelling brand storytelling. The goal of this project is to create a structured framework that maps out the customer journey from initial contact to post-purchase engagement. This framework will help Urbaneco Homes better understand customer touchpoints, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen brand loyalty. The project will involve analyzing current customer interactions, identifying key moments that influence customer decisions, and integrating brand storytelling elements that resonate with the target audience. By applying classroom knowledge of marketing strategies and consumer behavior, learners will develop a comprehensive framework that aligns with Urbaneco Homes' mission and values.



Key tasks include:


- Researching and analyzing existing customer journey data.


- Identifying critical touchpoints and pain points in the customer experience.


- Developing a cohesive brand storytelling strategy that aligns with identified touchpoints.


- Creating a visual representation of the customer journey framework.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed customer journey map and a brand storytelling strategy document. The map will visually represent each stage of the customer journey, highlighting key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement. The strategy document will outline storytelling techniques and narratives that Urbaneco Homes can use to enhance customer interactions and build brand loyalty. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations will be prepared for Urbaneco Homes' marketing team.
