So you're preparing to apply to a Level UP project, but how'd you get here? Think back to how you first heard about the program and help shape that experience for others. In this project you'll work directly with the Level UP Marketing Team to develop graphics and digital ads (for social media) to tell Canadian students about Level UP.

Level UP is a radical new idea for how to help students gain experience before graduating and will require a brilliant, creative mind to translate that vision into eye-catching, engaging visuals. We're looking for 1 student with experience in graphic design to shape these ideas into ad-ready visuals.

Level UP is targeted at Canadian students and the visual language displayed in the end deliverables should reflect that. Detailed target audience and demographic information will be shared with the successful applicant, but knowledge of design trends that resonate with university/college students is an asset.

We believe this project will require:

• Research to define our unique brand position and create consistent promotional messaging
• Logo and/or Name Proposal that highlights brand awareness and brand positioning
• A branding guide
• Using tools like Canva to design prototypes that can be implemented into our marketing collateral

Through the Level UP Program, students will work with Riipen's Demand Generation & Brand Teams for 80 hours over the course of 2-8 weeks. After the match is made, hours per week and the frequency of meetings can be discussed.

The student will be provided with guidance, feedback on their work, and the opportunity to ask questions and learn about content marketing/social media advertising.
