This project will include: Target market research. Research of the industry size and market potential in specific locations. Competitive analysis, including: identification of our current and potential competitors; identification of competitors’ services, differentiators, strengths, weaknesses, and brand messaging; the creation of a matrix identifying features shared across competitors and those that are different. Recommendations for the strategic positioning of our brand. Resources We will provide you with access to organizational assets that support the project, including a dedicated marketing specialist for collaboration, marketing strategy documents, list of known competitors to research, marketing and sales collateral, etc.
