Create Solutions to Negotiate under Sophisticated Stealth Scenarios

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is dedicated to helping women develop the tools they need to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, particularly in the workplace. We have created a pattern language for workplace manipulation and conflict , which serves as a simulation designed to help women develop assertiveness and learn how to handle sophisticated stealth tactics used by manipulators in professional settings. The purpose of this project is to train our AI chatbot by researching and creating effective solutions to these real-world workplace challenges. We are seeking student teams to research and develop research-based resolutions for the various toxic workplace scenarios in our simulation. By the end of the project, the goal is to refine the chatbot's ability to give users actionable strategies in real-time, so they can confidently navigate manipulation, power struggles, and subtle coercion tactics at work.
